Hearing and get a knowledge from prominent player in this francaise business really inspire me. Everyone start small but with a system business will do well. I will be doing better in SOP and system, insyallah.
From the talk of Dila Karim, gen y enterpreneur who now own 4 Zawara shop and 12 Zawara shop run by its franchaise with a sales of ONLY RM17M a year. Nothing imposible. For sure she also shared her down time and how she quickly adapt and change.
What else to say, Burger Bakar Abang Burn that sold 4 million patties since his inception in business 4 years ago and have nearly 600k like on his facebook page. Just a rough sales figure 4m X RM7= RM28m. That is huge number. Again he insisted that rule to be rich is "Know Who Indebted Whom" & create sense of reward and sell value. If you can sell value to your staff, your supplier, your customer with a reat system..WOW miracle happen.
